Ordering Information

Dover Inlay has a minimum order policy of $25. Orders under $25 will not be processed. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Williamsport, MD) prepaid or C.O.D. unless credit has been established. Payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard, personal check, money order, or cashiers check.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Stock orders are normally shipped within 72 hours via UPS ground service. However, if you request an alternate route, we will be glad to follow your instructions. For prepaid orders shipped within the Continental USA, please add the shipping charges below. You will also need to include $.50 per $100 of insurance. Additionally, there is a Packing fee of $2.00 on orders under $50 and $1.00 on orders from $50 to $100.00.

Product Availability

We normally have items in the catalog in stock at all times. If for some reason we do not have an item in stock at the time of order placement we may need to back order. Please note we do not back order borders and lines when the amounts are less than 10 yards per pattern number. We have the right to substitute for out of stock items for prepaid orders.
